Fishing is not only a sport or an activity that people engage in but also a culture. It is the excitement of getting a big fish, an opportunity to be close to nature, and a good test of man against something he cannot determine. By the same token, anglers would expect movies about fishing to be able to capture that spirit and feeling on the big screen.
